Manifesto
Blackbird Watch Manual was born out of a pursuit to provide best-in-class, independent editorial on watches and the industry surrounding them from some of the most highly regarding individuals in the business, together with a curated selection of products that embrace the same ideals of quality and consideration.
Covering everything from nuanced variations of iconic vintage references, to the most avant-garde models in modern haute horologerie, Blackbird Watch Manual is intended as a resource that can provide clear insight and concise education in a market place that is often crowded with the noisy, confusing “advertorial” and recycled press releases that pollute many online platforms.
Alongside our highly curated content we also aim to present a similar selection of products displaying the thoughtfulness and consideration that has been applied to the rest of the Blackbird world. From professional grade tools that are industry standards and used every day by our team but hard to acquire even for the most committed of consumers, to beautiful and timeless objects from artisan manufacturers we have long admired and wanted to share with a wider audience, our core collections will also accompanied by a rotating cast of short-run, season items.
We hope you enjoy all that is on offer; if you have any comments or questions, please get in touch: contact@blackbird-watchmanual.com.
